NAGAO SYSTEM INC. is a professional group that solves mixing, dispersion and milling, which was previously considered impossible by utilizing high-speed 3D motion of a patented 3D Ball Mill (3D Reactor).
We are good at mainly small rotating research equipment.

"Weak point of 2D motion is affected by gravity and high specific gravity and fine material will agglutinate to the bottom. High speed 3D motion, however, makes full use of the inner wall surface of the container, even with high specific gravity or fine material, it is the greatest feature not to give it.

A tilted type planetary ball mill that we developed independently and acquired the patents is a product that other companies can not imitate.
The usual horizontal type planetary ball mill is exercised in only one direction lateral direction of revolution.
Compared to the conventional horizontal type planetary ball mill, our company "tilted type planetary ball mill" can exert crushing effect making full use of impact force several times higher.
The reason for this is strong impulse from two directions, patented 'diagonal in the direction of rotation' and 'sideways in the direction of revolution'.
It is also used as a reactor utilizing kinetic energy, such as mechanical alloying, which makes use of strong impact force, and mechano-chemical.
Also, since batch method is the principle, it is possible to produce high quality products in small quantities.
The field of use of the tilted type planetary ball mill is very diverse.

【Conventional Planetary Ball Mill】
・The rotation axis and the revolution axis are parallel.
・Slowly centrifugal acceleration of horizontal only in the same direction of rotation and revolution.
・The container receives force at one point of the rotation fixed axis. (The shaft is overloaded.)
・There is little vertical rotation due to horizontal and horizontal 1-axis rotation due to rotation and revolution.
・Therefore, the rotation of particles is small and the rotation of collision is small.

【Nagao System INC. tilted type planetary ball mill (Planet series)】
・The rotation axes of rotation (inclination) and revolution (horizontal) are two directions.
・Centrifugal acceleration occurs about several times as much as the conventional characteristics in the two rotation axes.
・The container receives force at two points: the revolving fixed axis and the self-contacting rubber. (The shaft is not overloaded.)
・Tornado rotation occurs by biaxial motion of rotation (inclination) and revolution (horizontal), resulting in high impact force.
・Therefore, the rotation of particles is large, strong impact force.
